What Is Graston Technique?

Graston Technique (GT) Therapy is a form of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization that allows for treatment of fascial, muscle and tendon dysfunction. Similar to Gua Sha, it also aids in the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation that allows for faster and greater success in restoring range of motion, eliminating pain and restoring normal function.
