Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We offer refunds on any supplements purchased within 30 days however health testing purchases are final sale. See below for more details.
Eligibility for Refunds Supplements:
If you are dissatisfied with a product you may return it and receive a full refund for supplements that have been used up until 30 days from purchase date.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It may be sent to or dropped off at 16700 N. Thompson Peak Pkwy Ste. 260, Scottsdale AZ, 85260.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
Bloodwork, Health Testing, Mold Plates
FullScript Supplements must be returned to FullScript
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
