Lab Testing
Hormone Testing in Scottsdale to See What a Single Blood Draw Misses
Most hormone testing means one blood draw for a handful of values, then you’re told to “check back in three months.” The DUTCH Complete works differently, a 24-hour at-home urine collection maps your sex hormones, their metabolites, and how your cortisol actually behaves from morning to night. It’s the most complete look at hormonal function available outside a research setting. Odered by Dr. Jeffrey Robinson and reviewed with you personally.
DUTCH Complete: $449, including your collection kit shipped to your door and a full results review call with Dr. Robinson.
Why One Blood Draw Misses Most of the Picture
Your hormones do not sit still. Cortisol peaks in the morning and should taper through the day, a single draw captures one snapshot of a moving target.
Hormones are only half the story, too. Once your body uses them, it breaks them down into metabolites, and how those get cleared, through which pathways, tells you whether they’re doing useful work or backing up somewhere. Blood tests see the raw materials; the DUTCH test sees the whole production line.
Why labs at a chiropractic office? Every test we order is ordered by Dr. Jeffrey Robinson, and when your results arrive, he reviews them personally and calls you with recommendations. You get the results back with a plan, not just a PDF.

What the DUTCH Complete Includes
The DUTCH Complete goes far beyond a raw hormone count:
- Full sex hormone panel, estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, with the complete set of metabolites for each, not just one or two values
- Diurnal free cortisol, four at-home urine collections across your day show your actual stress-response curve instead of guessing from one morning sample
- At-home collection: the kit comes to you; no clinic visits, no fasting windows, and results reflect a normal day in your life

How much does the DUTCH hormone test cost in Scottsdale?
$449 for the DUTCH Complete, including your collection kit shipped to your door and a full results review with Dr. Robinson.
Is the DUTCH test done in the office or at home?
At home. Your kit arrives in the mail with detailed instructions for the 24-hour urine collection, plus a prepaid box and label to return it. Once results are back, usually 2–3 weeks, Dr. Robinson sends them to you and calls to discuss next steps.
What's the difference between DUTCH and a regular hormone blood panel?
Blood panels measure raw hormone levels at one moment. DUTCH measures those hormones plus their metabolites (and, for cortisol, across a full day) showing how your body actually processes and clears them, which is where most of the real-world differences live.
Does this test help men as well as women?
Yes. The Complete panel covers the full sex-hormone picture for both, low testosterone questions, perimenopause-and-beyond symptoms in either direction, and cortisol patterns affecting energy or sleep.
How long do DUTCH hormone test results take?
Usually 2–3 weeks after the lab receives your sample. Dr. Robinson sends your results and follows up with a phone call to go over them and plan next steps.
