Lyme Disease Testing in Scottsdale

Ticks in the foothills aren’t going away and neither is the confusion around Lyme disease testing. If you’ve spent months bouncing between “it’s probably nothing” and “you definitely have it,” AZMulticare’s $149 CD57 blood test is one of the most practical first steps available in Scottsdale and it costs less than a night out to find out whether your immune system is under real strain.

The $149 CD57 panel is ordered online, we email your blood script and instructions on where to complete the draw. No referral needed.

What CD57 Actually Measures

CD57, cluster of differentiation 57, marks a group of white blood cells, natural killer cells and some T-cells. In chronic or persistent infection, the immune system can “burn out” those cells, so their count drops as it keeps fighting.

That is why a low CD57 lymphocyte count is used as an immune-burden marker: it points to a heavy infectious load even when nothing else on a standard workup looks abnormal.

The honest scope. CD57 is not a standalone Lyme diagnosis, and no single blood test fully captures a chronic-infection picture. It tells you something real, whether your immune system is under significant strain, but it doesn’t name the cause on its own.

The lab emails your results directly to you, typically within 1–3 business days depending on the lab.

03

Follow-Up Call From Dr. Robinson

Dr. Robinson reviews your count alongside your symptoms, exposure history and overall clinical picture, never in isolation, and calls with recommendations.

You Leave With a Next Step Either Way

If CD57 suggests meaningful immune burden, we build the plan, treatment on our end, specialized panels or an infectious-disease referral when that’s right. If not, you know where to look instead, also valuable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Lyme testing cost in Scottsdale?

Our CD57 immune-burden test is $149, ordered online with your blood script emailed to you. If your results suggest a heavier workup is warranted, we’ll tell you exactly what to order next before you spend more.

Does a low CD57 count prove I have Lyme disease?

No, and be careful with any provider who says it does. A low count shows your immune system is under significant burden, which can come from chronic infections including Lyme and its co-infections, but not only them. It’s one strong data point in a bigger picture.

Can I get tested at AZMulticare without being a chiropractic patient?

Yes. Lab testing is offered to the whole community. If you’re already treating with us, the test simply folds into your existing care plan.

What happens if my CD57 result comes back abnormal?

Dr. Robinson calls you to review it. What the number means alongside your symptoms, which additional tests (if any) make sense, and whether we should connect you with a specialist. You always get the reasoning behind every recommendation.

How fast do CD57 Lyme test results come back?

Results are typically emailed to you within 1–3 business days depending on the lab, followed by a call from Dr. Robinson with recommendations.
